JOSEPH BITTON Associate Broker	As the leader of The Bitton Real Estate Team, it is Joseph's responsibility to make sure that your experience with us is both productive and pleasant. MIRYAM BITTON Buyer Coordinator	Miryam is Joseph's partner in life as well as in business. As the Buyer Coordinator for the Bitton Team, Miryam is responsible for qualifying new potential buyers for your home and getting them pre-approved for the financing they require. She will also arrange to have your home shown to our own buyers.
KRISTIN Listing Administrator VERED Listing Administrator	Kristen and Vered are the Listing Adminstrators for our team and their responsibilities are to coordinate the marketing and advertising for your property. They will handle the loading of your listing onto the Toronto Real Estate Board’s M.L.S. computer and make sure that all details and required documents are complete and accurate. They will also coordinate all administrative activities regarding your listing such as ordering the installation of the “For Sale” sign, lock box and any other details relating to the listing. Kristen and Vered will update your file on a regular basis and coordinate with Joseph any and all information regarding showings and the market, to be communicated back to you.
MELISSA Call Coordinator MICHELLE Call Coordinator	When potential buyers call our office, Melissa and Michelle are there to coordinate all incoming calls and requests for information. They will be the ones contacting you for all appointments to show your home. The inquiries are handled by Joseph and the administrative calls are directed to the appropriate team member. We believe it is in your best interest to LOOK for your buyer, rather than WAIT for your buyer to call. Our call coordinators allow us to do BOTH for YOU.
ANNA Transaction Administrator	Anna’s responsibility is to work with Joseph to get your home successfully to CLOSING. Anna assists in making sure the documents and enormous amounts of paperwork are done correctly and promptly forwarded to your lawyer once an offer has been accepted. Anna’s assistance enables our team to recognize with more accuracy any potential problems and handle them before they defeat the DEAL we worked so hard to get for YOU.
